Ian Jauslin c1b477a1b2 Update to v0.4
feature: compute the 2-point correlation function in easyeq.

  feature: compute the Fourier transform of the 2-point correlation function
           in anyeq and easyeq.

  feature: compute the local maximum of the 2-point correlation function and
           its Fourier transform.

  feature: compute the compressibility for anyeq.

  feature: allow for linear spacing of rho's.

  feature: print the scattering length.

  change: ux and uk now return real numbers.

  fix: error in the computation of the momentum distribution: wrong
       definition of delta functions.

  fix: various minor bugs.

  optimization: assign explicit types to variables.

simplesolv is a program to compute the solution of the Simplified approach to
the Bose gas.
It is written in julia, and requires the julia interpreter to run.
The code is available in the 'src' directory.
The LaTeX source code for the documentation is located in the 'doc' directory.
A pdf file is available in the source tarball, as well as at
http://ian.jauslin.org/software/simplesolv/simplesolv-doc.pdf
The documentation basic usage examples, an extensive reference of all commands,
and detailed descriptions of the numerical algorithms used.
